Clear Your Heart Wall
Almost everyone has a Heart-Wall. During times of emotional pain or distress, your heart can be really hurt or injured. This is where the words “heartache” and “heartbreak” come from. Sometimes we need to put up a form of protection or a “wall” around the heart. But you can’t build a wall out of nothing. What ends up being used as “building materials” are the most common excess energies in the body, trapped emotions. The problem is that the Heart-Wall doesn’t dissolve on its own, even if you don’t need it anymore. Having a Heart-Wall long-term is like living in a bomb shelter. It is necessary short-term to protect you while the “bombs” are falling, but if you continue to “live” in there you may feel sad, disconnected, and frustrated. Discoverer of the Heart-Wall, Bradley Nelson, DC, thinks you could even end up with heart disease or other heart problems down the road. He says it is possible for the Heart-Wall to be removed, one emotion at a time, freeing you to live from your heart, create abundance and find true love!1
We know that the material of the Heart-Wall is imaginary, or symbolic. It’s usually not necessary to identify the material in order to begin releasing the emotions in a Heart-Wall. But, it can be interesting to identify the material and the thickness the subconscious chooses because it can give insight into our personality, fears or needs. The materials and thickness often symbolize the level of protection the heart has needed. Thick, hard stone or metal means the heart was really in danger at one or many points. A Heart-Wall made of flowers may signify the person went through more minor difficulties.
Often the materials will symbolize comfort or maybe punishment. These items usually have roots in childhood, but not always. Use your intuition here, and listen to what your body needs. If you have been using the Heart-Wall as a “security blanket”, you may not want to rush the process. You may want to release the Heart-Wall slowly over a number of sessions gradually while focusing extra love on yourself in the process. While everyone would like to release everything as fast as possible, be kind to yourself in the process and gentle to your heart.
Surround yourself with lots of love and positivity while processing the release of the Heart-Wall. There’s no need to stress the heart while it’s so sensitive! So watch movies that make you laugh, visit with loving friends, and avoid substitutes for love like excess chocolate and alcohol, etc.
Dr. Nelson feels clearing someone’s Heart-Wall can make a HUGE difference in their world! He believes that 93% of people have a Heart-Wall- and says it is any wonder that the number one killer in the US (and several other Western countries) is heart disease? He thinks not … and says, Let’s end this epidemic.
