The Emotion Code is a gentle and non-invasive technique that can potentially be done on everyone at anytime, anywhere. It is designed to be a fun, quick, and delightfully easy method to find and release emotional baggage, “trapped emotions.” They are stored throughout the body including the heart where they can create a “Heart-Wall.” The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.  Certification in The Emotion Code is required before one can study for The Body Code certification.

What is a Trapped Emotion?
Just about everyone has some amount of emotional baggage from painful life events … It’s not all in your head! Emotional baggage is very real, and although it’s invisible it can really mess up your happiness, your success and your health. It’s like lugging around a suitcase from every difficult event you’ve gone through. Eventually the load gets too heavy not to notice. I call each “suitcase” a Trapped Emotion, a bit of emotional energy that was created, by you, during an emotional event, and got stuck in your body somewhere.

These trapped emotions are like balls of energy, vibrating at different frequencies depending on the emotion. For example, anger is a different vibration than sadness or insecurity. Trapped emotions tend to affect the body wherever they are stuck. Painful life events cause us to store emotions that can drain our energy, our happiness, success, and health. They can create discomfort, stiffness, fears, sadness, anxiousness, and symptoms similar to digestive issues, fatigue, and more.

How Does It Work?
The Emotion Code uses energetic testing, and asks simple questions that will help you discover where emotional energy has been stored.  Everyone has trapped emotions and you are neither bad nor wrong for having them.  With this simple procedure, they can easily be discovered, released and healed, leaving you feeling better and lighter.  Personal information does not have to be discussed. Trapped emotions can be released without having to really say anything about what happened!  It is fun to have someone help you and using a magnet feels really good.

We use an equally effective “magnet-free” method for releasing when magnets are medically contraindicated. Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any kind of implanted electronic device such as pacemakers, insulin pumps, etc. or you have tumors or cancers.

Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety; they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others.  And because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, [and Dr. Nelson feels] they can cause acute pain and even cancer.  Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.

The Heart-Wall
Almost everyone has a Heart-Wall.  During times of emotional pain or distress, your heart can be really hurt or injured. This is where the words “heartache” and “heartbreak” come from. Sometimes we need to put up a form of protection or a “wall” around the heart, but you can’t build a wall of nothing, right? What ends up being used as “building materials” are the most common excess energies in the body, trapped emotions.

The Emotion Code can potentially be used on anyone, anytime, anywhere.
We all know someone who has some kind of physical or emotional issues going on.  We can help our children, grandchildren, spouses, friends and pets as long as we have permission from them or their guardian. It doesn’t hurt, and it’s not scary at all! There is nothing to lose except icky emotional baggage and imbalances that may be draining our life force.  It can be done from a distance, you/they don’t need to be on the phone or learn anything about the Emotion Code for it to work. (If the child is a pre-teen or teenager, including them is a respectful and a great idea.)
